Vasilis Konstantopoulos, Principal

Vasilis took over K-Squared after working alongside his father for 15 years. With a keen eye for unique styles and knowledge of market trends, Vasilis has been able to expand K-Squared’s portfolio of services beyond painting and decorating. By establishing relationships with the area’s top architects, designers, and real-estate agents, Vasilis is able to offer his clients a concierge like approach to their projects. His attention to detail and commitment to quality has helped him establish a reputation for excellence that can be seen in many of K-Squared’s projects.

Athanasios Konstantopoulos, founder

Athanasios, or Tom as known to his clients, has been active in the remodeling industry for the better part of three decades. From his early work helping to restore some of Washington D.C’s iconic buildings such as the Willard Hotel and Union Station, Tom developed the skills and expertise that allowed him to start his own business. Starting out as a small painting and decorating contractor, Tom’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction allowed him to grow into one of the areas premier painting firms.
